Our registration and online booking is now in one convenient place! 

Click the link below to create an account and add all of your animals. If you are registering with us for the first time, book a “New Client Registration” appointment. (This isn’t a real appointment, so you can select any available time.) You will then see our registration questionnaire. As you welcome us into your home, we'd like to make our visits as safe and low-stress as possible for you and your pets, so please provide as much information as possible. On the final page, please feel free to upload a photo of your pet for us to add to their file! 

For any additional pets, please create a profile for each of them and book an “Additional Pet Registration” appointment. This allows us to just gather information about each of your unique animals! 

** You must book a separate appointment for each pet to register with us. Without an appointment, their details will not transfer into our system. **

Once your pet is registered, you can request, change, or cancel appointments easily online or through the Lupa app!

If you need assistance using the online booking system, or if you would prefer to register over the phone, please get in touch with us to arrange this. 

Once you have completed the registration process, we will request your pets’ medical records from their previous vets. They may contact you for consent to share this with us.
